Shipping
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email that will include your order details and the selected shipping method. Please allow 3-5 business days transit time to receive your order once it has shipped. This time frame pertains to orders placed within the continental United States and does not include Alaska and Hawaii.
Happi Hemp is pleased to offer customers free shipping on all orders over $49. For orders under $49, delivery via USPS costs $4.99.
When your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking info so you can check in on the delivery of your order. On your chosen delivery date, you will receive an email or SMS reminder regarding the delivery of your order.
As long as your order has not shipped out yet, we can cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped, we can't offer a cancellation.
We process orders during our normal business hours.
Unless otherwise stated, please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to process your order. Orders received before 3PM PST are usually shipped on the same day.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes life throws us a curveball. (Ahem, Covid-19.) If we are experiencing longer than usual processing times, we will notify you either on our site or by email.
Happi Hemp offers shipping to most USA states, territories, and even APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally.

The 2018 Farm Bill, also known as the Agriculture Improvement Act, stipulates that all derivatives, isomers, and cannabinoids found in hemp are legal, as long as the final product contains less than 0.3% Delta-9-THC.

Returns
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We want you to love your new products, so we accept returns within 30 days of your order. All returns must still be in original packaging and no products have been tampered with as this are consumable products. We will refund to your original form of payment (minus any shipping charges you may have had).
